"The Birmingham YMCA contacted me and asked if I would put a show together for their Strong Kids Program," Nipote said. "And I thought after donating to Haiti and other worthwhile causes, so often we rush out to help other people in other countries which I believe in very much, but we should also try to help those kids and families right here, in our own back yard. So I began assembling a group of the most talented comedians I could think of to give Michigan audiences the most well rounded and absolute funniest show I could."
